Sending out Resumes ok? Proper place for them on the site?

Hi,

I have a former co-worker of mine that is not a member of Collective X Champions so I am not able to endorse her, and the "Key Connections" doesn't allow me say anything about the person that I feel is a Key Connection. I would like to pass along her resume to the members of this group because I feel that she is someone that would be a great employee and taking a look at her resume would be worth many people's time.

I have noticed that no one sends along resumes to the group. Is there a proper place to do this that everyone will be notified about this resume/posting addition to the site?
