Can't move a discussion to a sub-group discussion

Hello,
I have just attempted to move a discussion topic from a group site level discussion forum to a sub-group discussion forum, and have found that this apparently can't be done.
When I click edit topic / move topic, the drop down list does not include any of the sub-group discussion forums. I am a manager of the site and all sub-groups.
Am I missing something?

Hi Nick,
Unfortunately, this functionality between the main level and the subgroup level does not currently exist
. We do have a feature enhancement ticket open to address this issue in the future.
