Is there a problem with the 'basic' statistics function?

Hi,
I have looked at the page view statistics for my groups in September and they are showing single digit results. I know, from the discussions that have taken place and new members that have joined (not to mentinon the number of times I have personally visited the sites) that the sites have been visited more times than is being indicated. Is there a reason for this and is it in the process of being addressed?

Hi Adrian,
Yes we have addressed the issues regarding calculations with statistics. We have had various issues with statistics in the past several months. And for the last several months our programmers have been working on redoing the entire statistics module, but other priorities such as Groupsite Mobile and Subgroup Auto Assign, pushed the implementation back. The work was finally completed on Thursday. But, we have not yet deployed the new statistics module. The deploy will probably occur sometime this week. We will keep you posted, and we appreciate your patience just a bit longer.

Try again on Thursday or Friday and let us know if you are still experiencing a problem. The new statistics changes will be deployed at that time.
