Customize New Member Welcome Email

When I customize my new member email the text I add comes up in a different size than the rest of the email. I want to add a short message but the text looks very out of place.

Who is your email client? It looks like this is how your Email client is interpreting the information/text.

Thanks for the reply. The screenshot is from outlook. I forwarded it to gmail and it came through better. I guess I will have to play around with my outlook.

Similarly, I wonder if the beginning part is customizable:
Welcome to (insert Groupsite name)
Individual name,
Congratulations! You've accepted the invitation to join ________, and you're now a member of the group.
It appears to be part of the template, so does not appear to be customizable... any way to do this?

There are parts of the Welcome Email that you can change/customize by going to:
>Manager tab
>Group Settings
>Appearance and Branding
>Then scrolling down the Customize New Member Welcome Email area.
You can edit the Subject, and add information to the Body. However, the reference that you made above: Welcome to (insert Groupsite Name) can only be modified by changing the name of your Groupsite. This is what is inserted in this area.
