Incorrect Time Zone

I am trying to change my time zone to Central Time (US & Canada), but it is not a choice. It was set to default of (GMT) UTC. I selected the country United States, but my choice for Central time is not there and it's posting my post times incorrectly.

The time zone setting can be changed from the My Settings tab.
Click on My Settings > My Profile Settings, then click on the Personal Data link under General Information. This takes you to a page where you can change your name, time zone, gender, country and birthday.
Be sure to click Submit after choosing your correct time zone.
That's where I do not see Central Time as a choice at all.

When you first click on the time zone drop-down menu you will need to scroll all the way to the top for the US time zones. If you have done this and still don't see Central Time, please let us know.
