Is there a way to establish a welcome email that goes out to every approved member?

I don't know if it has already been covered, but I agree. A canned welcome e-mail that each manager can write (and edit as necessary) that is automatically is sent to all new members would be great.
I'd love this as well.
So what you want therefore is a default email sent to the new signup. Then there are the email blasts you can also use. Clarence, I would think by configuring the signup questionnaire it might prompt an autoreply, any suggestions on how that might be done?
Great idea!
Hey everyone,
You can now customize your own welcome email as part of the premium branding package.
Also, as part of the same package, you can even add your own custom "powered by" icon that will be placed at the bottom of your Groupsite's emails next to the powered by CollectiveX logo.
Hi Joe,
I have the Premium branding package but find a lot of the welcome emails contain promos for CollectiveX You are now a member of these CollectiveX powered groups:
Immigrant Networks
Remember, you use a single login to access all the Groupsites you belong to. While in any of your groups, use the pulldown on the right of the navigation tabs to see an overview of all your groups or to navigate between them. Note: You are also able to login to "View All" mode by visiting CollectiveX.com and clicking the login link at the top right corner of the page.
To maintain contact with your Groupsite it is essential you have the ability to receive emails from CollectiveX. So none of our emails are caught by your SPAM filter we highly suggest you add these emails to your addressbook:
cxmailer@collectivex.com
notifier@collectivex.com
support@collectivex.com
Sincerely,
The CollectiveX Team
P.S. Should you have any problems or questions about CollectiveX, just drop a note to support@collectivex.com
Is there any way to remove these?
Hi Nick.
Looks like you already found the Welcome Email section.
Sorry, but at this time you may not remove the sections of the Welcome Email that are specific to CollectiveX.
