Is there a click tag code that advertisers can embed in their ad so they can gain metrics about the number of clicks and views?

I am not 100% sure about what you mean by click-tag code. Are you currently using Groupsite statistics? We provide information on page views from within the manger/statistics section of your Groupsite. We are currently working on an upgrade of our statistics package that will speed up processing for quicker page loads.
