Manager options sometimes not working

This morning, I was able to successfully invite two new members to our private groupsite. Less than 5 minutes later, I tried to view the different manager options (i.e. Manage Members, Invite Members, etc.) and got error messages that the pages were not there. Any idea what's going on? This started happening for me a few days ago, when you had the servers down earlier in the day. Could it be related?
