Searching for Key Connections

I just watched the video about Key Connections - we are about to really start to encourage the use of this feature with our members. In the video it states that when you search for a company name it will pull up the profile of the person that has listed a key connection with that company. I used a company that someone has listed to test this, and it didn't work. I am doing a training on Monday related to this feature, so please help me provide accurate information to our users and members. Thanks!

Hi Lisa,
I hope you are doing well! The video instructions are correct for key connections. I just tested the functionality and the profiles of individuals from my company search came up as expected. You will not actually see the photo of the individual when their profile info results come back. You will see funny little people symbols and a summary of their profile information. When you click on the person's name, you will be taken to the full view of their profile.
Please let us know if you are still experiencing trouble.

I do not get a funny little people symbol and summary of profile. I tried to do a print screen for you but it does not work in this reply box.
I get a Search Results page that then says: Member profiles - Items 1 - 0 about 1
Everything Else
There are no icons, nothing to click on.
I used sepracor as the search item because one of our members has them listed as a key connection.

What company were you attempting to search on when you received those results? Have you tried another company like Monster.com?

My time is running out for my presentation this afternoon about key connections. I tried Sepracor, which is a key connection company identified by one of your members. It is my understanding that you should be able to search for what companies people have identified as a key connection. Nothing comes up when I search Sepracor. I don't care to search for Monster - it is not a company that anyone had identified as a key connection yet.
