Images not opening

Hello myself and my colleague are having trouble opening jpeg images in the file cabinet. We were able to view them yesterday and I was wanting to know if there was a way to view them or if there are any know problems.

We are sorry that you are experiencing problems with viewing JPEG files. We do not currently have any known issues with viewing JPEG images. Please contact us directly at support@groupsite.com with more details. Here is what we will need to know:
1. The name of the Groupsite
2. The browser/browser version you are using
3. What happens when you try to open/view the file? Are you getting an error? What is the error?
4. Does this happen on all JPEG files or a particular one?
5. If possible, please send us a screen shot of what happens.
6. Can you forward us a copy of the file?
This information is necessary to better assist you.
