Ability to upload a file to filing cabinet when creating a discussion post

Many of my members promote events or products and therefore have flyers/pdf documents they would like to distribute to the group. They get a tad confused by the idea that they need to upload the document first (in file cabinet) and then pick a forum in which to promote it. It would be great if you could upload files to the filing cabinet when creating a discussion topic. My guess is it would sit within the "attachment" function.

The best practice would be to get rid off File Cabinet in between. It should be as simple as we attach a document in an email.
thats a very good point sanjay. it should work like attaching a document to an email. the only difference being that when they attach it, it they can select for it to be stored in a particular folder (our filing cabinet has quite a few sub-folders)

Bump - still very interested in being able to attach content from a discussion post or calendar entry, rather than going into file cabinet b4hand. Having spent a fair bit of time teaching people how to upload before posting, I can attest to the fact that it would be a welcome change
