Collect Monthly / Annual Membership Fees using PayPal?

We need a feature where by we can charge registering members -- fees for accessing the site.
This payment module should allow charging fees on a monthly or yealry basis and expire members who are not up to date of the payment.
* Are you planning such a feature?
* If so, what is the expected arival time for it?

While the workarounds suggested will work, they are manual processes - an automated process would make the Groupsite offering far superior to other offerings. Any chance of committing to a delivery date for this feature?
Incidentally, there is another similar platform which offers Member Billing for $24.99 (for their Premium service) plus $19.99 for the ability to bill members. I would be happy to pay a similar price for a feature like this in Groupsite.
