Cannot export pending members as CSV

Hello Shaun/Diana,


I am having problems exporting members since couple of days. I tried with all the browsers. Appreciate if you could take a look at the issue.

I still have problems exporting pending members. Tried with IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

Hi, Sanjay - Sorry you're having trouble in your Groupsite. In which of your groups is this happening?

Sanjay - I'm finding I can export my pending members list in my Groupsites. However, I did notice that you have thousands of pending members in yours, while my test is significantly smaller. One guess is that your request takes some time to generate and "times out" before it has completed.  


Are you receiving any kind of error message when you try?


 


 

Exactly. This is a timeout issue. It is running for a while and finally giving a timeout error. As a workaround, you could export and send the file to my email Id. I requested Groupsite support longback for the same.

Hi, Sanjay - I reported your issue under Ticket #2082 . I'm sorry for the delay; our technical team will need to take a look at this and I hope we can have this resolved for you soon. Also, you mentioned you had made a prior request to support. I did check and didn't find other open tickets related to this. I'm sorry if we may have missed it. If you have a copy feel free to forward it to me at support@groupsite.com. Knowing how/when an issue started to occur can sometimes help in troubleshooting.

Sanjay, to help others who may be experiencing this, I also edited the forum topic to specify pending members. If you find you cannot export your existing members list, please let me know. I am not finding any difficultly exporting existing members lists.

Same problem. I forwarded the support email that I sent few weeks ago.


As a workaround, Would it be possible to send the list you exported to my email. Appreciate any help.

Sanjay - Unfortunately, I'm not able to export your list.


We are currently working on the invitations/pending members area of the site, related to providing Groupsite Pro managers with ability to assign members directly into subgroups. I believe we'll be able to provide a solution for you from there.

Just so you know, I am having the Timeout issue with Statistics module as well.

Hi, Sanjay. Thanks for mentioning this. I know it's an inconvenience. We've been working on statistics timing out under Ticket #2267 but haven't nailed the fix yet.  This issue is being discussed here:
