Add Skype Address contact field

Hello,
I am the moderator of the www.tic.collectivex.com website. I would like to add a Skype field to be associated with each member of the website. I tried adding it to the request question when they JOIN, however, it is not a required field to JOIN. Also, it does not show up in the member profile. Ideally, it would be beside the email address.
How can I add a “Skype Address:” field to a member profile?

We will be adding fields like this one to profiles in the near future.
However, in the meantime, feel free to simply add one yourself as a _Custom Profile Question_ from the manager area.

I tried that workaround for a couple fields - it would be much more helpful to our group if that could be part of the extract of member info, maybe a string of Custom_Fields allowing each group to add specific info. I've seen a few vendors do that - they end up being Custom_Field_01, Custom_Field_02, etc...but at least the info is useful. Like, if you could get to the info from that custom profile question, it would make the data more useful.
Are there still plans to add more fields to the profiles section?
