RSVP updated features - fixed one thing; caused another issue

It is nice that we can say to RSVP here or someplace else or not at all but that caused one problem for me. Even if the event does not require an RSVP, I would still like to be prompted with the option to send an invite into each members inbox and I find that if I say no RSVP required, it no longer gives me the chance to send invites. Would love that to be fixed. thanks,
