Multiple Groupsites with common members need a Filter for Recommendations& or Endorsements- Keeping it all Relevant

I found out that a recommendation ( or is it Endorsements ?) of an Individual in one Groupsite carries thru with that member to another Groupsite that they are a member.If the Subject and Focus of the 2 nd Groupsite is different this should not happen automatically but rather by another mechanism. This Site & Philosophy is one of relevance and that is what needs to be mantained.

I suggest this be changed
