How are you tracking member conversations?

Would love to hear your suggestions for how you're keeping track of discussions and posts.  Do you document each discussion in a spreadsheet to have a separate and sortable record of participation?


Anyone using the XML feature to export discussions?  What do you do with it?

I raised the same question a while back. There is an option in Excel where you could import XML. May be you could use that.
