custom configuration of "This Group Consists of" Widget

I have a question about the embed code for this module (or widget or whatever you call it). We're looking to embed this widget on our website, but we'd like to be able to configure it differently -- change the background color of the BODY and adjust the width (get rid of some padding and margins of the container DIVs).
Is this possible?
How could we go about doing that?
