Subgroup discussion post says blast to 1 member

I posted to one of our subgroup discussion forums and it said after:  Discussion blast successfully sent to 1 member.

However, when I look at the subscribers, there are 11 subscribed.  These folks have subscribed to the entire discussion forum, so they get all posts as "blasts". 

Should the on-screen message have said that it was blasted to 11 people, even though I didn't send as a blast or click the checkbox to send immediately?
