Calendar and Gallery Comments in Recent Activity

Unless we are missing something, it seems there is currently no way to make comments other than actual posts appear in recent activity. This is particularly inconvenient when it comes to calendar comments, which are very easy to miss. The result is that nobody in our groupsite uses that feature - instead, we have to rely on forum threads dedicated to individual events.

I think it would be very useful for recent activity to show calendar comments. Likewise, gallery comments and such appearing in the module could also prove an improvement.
