Messages to Managers

Whe ne-mail  messages to managers come through from subscribers, it would be helpful if we could click on a link to reply to their message (and include their original message in the reply). Right now the only option (unless I'm missing something) is to click on the link to view their profile page and then send them a personal message that way. This doesn't include a copy of their message, so often the message I send has to be much more detailed than it would have to be if it were coming across as a reply to their own message. Make sense?
