How can I make use of the "Export Discussions" XML ?

Just wondering if anyone used the XML of exported Discussions. I can definitely make use if they are bookmarks to share on Social bookmarking sites like Delicious, Digg etc.
Is this a kind of backup ?

The XML export of discussions are intended for general use by Groupsite Managers. We believe in open data here at Groupsite. We never want a customer to feel that their data is trapped in our platform. Having the data in XML form allows for a number of possibilities. It seems like you're thinking of possibilities that we hadn't considered ourselves :-) Good luck with whatever you decide to do with your group's discussion data.

Thank you, Clarence. I will have to discover new ways about how to make use. But, it would be a good idea to have an export of all the discussion titles along with their links to share on Social bookmarking sites like Digg and Delicious. That will save me lot of time.
