It would be great to see a competition run in Collective X for some time-limited advertising space on the site. Competition open to existing collectiveX managers.
This is just one aspect of motivating collectivex managers (in a simple, inexpensive way) to promote the service. Would welcome other suggestions.

I agree 100%. That's a reat idea. We've though about something similar in the past so now is probably the time to implement it. What are your thoughts regarding how the competition would work?

Im guessing that members would have to register their interest (many managers would not need the advertising). Perhaps you could use the existing space to run a competition widget.
1) Register your entry
2) each month for next 6 months - showcase the winner in the widget

Just thought another great competition prize would be a fully customized groupsite. I know I would enter a competition for my site to get professionally upgraded by one of the collectivex team.
