Default sort in manage members

I like to go to Manager --> Manage Members to see who has logged in recently. When I click the column headings "Joined on" or "Last login" I want to know the most recent activity, not the oldest. That is why it makes more sense to default the first click to sort by most recent: Because all group owners are growing their members on a constant basis and the question we are always trying answer is who has logged in recently and who has joined recently.
