Profile Modification Updates

Please forgive me if this post already exists within this forum. I searched with a few criteria and was unable to locate a similar discussion.

My request is in regards to a notification when any member of the groupsite updates or changes (some of/all of) the contents within their profile. The reason this came about: we track the users who update their profiles with pictures for various reasons and it would be tremendously helpful if a notification would be available in some form or another to mention that a user has added a picture (or key connection, school, work experience, etc).

This type of feature could/would allow us to reach out to those users who have made no modifications or changes within a certain time period. Hopefully, by that contact, we can express our desire for them to be a part of our Groupsite page, which in turn would also provide more exposure to Groupsite as a separate entity.

I'm also recommending this to be a manager-only feature accessible within the managerial menus of the site. Depending on the interest and if this feature is taken into consideration, it would be nice to select which features that notifications would be created for *and* whether an email is sent to managers or if it is just a running list within a page on the back-end.
