Custom Q & A vs. formatted, standard profile fields

Hello all. Again, platform is looking even more fantastic every week. Parabens!

The part of the profiles you call "Q&A", to me, is really custom profile data tied to the particulars of my community. Its not an open Q&A session. I say this because the format of my members' profiles are not clear or attractive:
-----------------------------------
Innovation Leadership Americas Q & A
Q: The business I or my firm is in:
A: Sales expertise in the software, high-tech or Web 2.0 industries, with particular capabilities in Latin American business operations.
Q: The problem I or my firm solve for customers or clients:
A: SuccessFactors delivers on-demand "Software as a Service" solutions for Human Capital Management. We allow firms to use a complete suite of software to better manage people and their results to the advantage of the firm (any size company) via our subscription-based software solutions.
-----------------------------------

To me, this was not/is not intended for reading consumption similar to a magazine interview, but rather to bullet some specifically relevant information tied to a particular community that will ultimately be compared or browsed by fellow members.

To that end I am asking whether it might be possible to consider changing the format. Ex: a standard bordered and styled box around each question with the answer underneath, and removing the "Q" and "A". It would be great to hear what our fellow community managers think

That's an interesting point. I'm sure that there are other managers that use the facility in this manner.

We'll discuss this internally as soon we can.

I think I can see where Jonathan is going on this issue. I am not too fussed about the Q & A format but I can see how it might detract from the specific purpose of this section to draw attention to very specific information that other members might browse quickly.

Interestingly, the majority of people signing up to my group fail to create very detailed profiles and I was required (just to get an idea of who was joining) to make compulsory questions in this section. I would probably like to see this section moved up in importance on profile pages.

Hello Joe.
Any traction on this? I would really love to change the visual format for this.
