Images Do Not Always Appear

good morning,
my groupsite, Consona Connect 2009, has several images on the main page that do not always appear. did i add them incorrectly? can someone send me instructions on how to fix?

i know that you guys are really busy going through the rebranding and i think it's very exciting. however, please let me know what i can do to make the freeform text modules to show images or i would like to stop paying the side advertising fee.

did the plan change to turn the images back on? i understand that you are undergoing a major rebranding but i do need to know if the side bar images will be turned back on, if it's a user error that i'm running into or if i can be credited for each day that it does not work as it is a revenue opportunity for me that i am not able to persue.
