Hi, Sanjay.
Removing the "FAQs" button from within your Groupsite is not an option. The reason for this is because we are the platform for the creation of Groupsites, and we believe users need to have a consistent experience with the "system" -- no matter what Groupsite they are in.
Think of us as the "operating system" that makes Groupsites possible. Just as MicroSoft or Apple are the base for running many other applications, we are the base for the creation and running of many different types of Groupsites.
When you're running Windows, your system's "Start" button is always in the same place. Similarly, Groupsites standardize the base, so that when you come to a Groupsite, you know how to get around and and use it.
We can't make the change you're asking for in one Groupsite. But, we are open to suggestions that would meet your need and also help Groupsites across the board! If you have created your own FAQs page, specific to your memership, you may want to add buttons to your SUMMARY page and other prominent locations that link to your custom FAQs. This would most likely prevent your group members from going to the "?" button in the first place.
Thanks Diane. I would rather like to have the availability of Menu Items on the "?" menu optional i.e., option to select what I would like that would be more useful for my Groupsite. The FAQs page provided by default has 70% unnecessary Questions which doesn't need by my Group Members.
