Search Discussions by Author

I noticed a post by one of our members this morning but couldn't remember his subject line so I performed a search using just his name hoping to find his post .... It didn't work what I got was his profile and any other post where somebody had directly used his name. So here's my request, search functionality whereby one can input a members name to the search field and the system pulls everything associated with that member including profile and all posts .....

What do you think?
