Sort in Manager: Members

It'd be great if the headings (eg Last Name, Initial Login, Source) were links that allowed you to sort. This is a very common feature nowadays.

For instance, I track the number of members who join each month (how else are you going to measure the group's growth?), and it's incredibly time consuming to have to go through every single member listing page every single month to find this out. It's becoming so increasingly inconvenient that I feel it's subconsciously making me not want to add any new groupsites.

It'd also be nice to track the Requests vs Invites vs Reminded, and who the Least and Most Active members are, which is pretty much not convenient to do at all right now.
