Site creation scripting / universal settings for multiple sites

We're going to be using Groupsites as a communication platform for a large public high school. This means we'll be creating MANY sites for teachers, coaches, and even students to manage.
Given the large number of settings for any given site, is it possible to set up some sort of "universal" setting so that each site we create has the same settings (privacy, logos, stylesheets, default modules, etc. etc.).
Also, it would be good if people assigned to manage the sites (say a classroom teacher) couldn't change those settings we higher administrators have locked.

Sam - I understand the value of providing what you request and we have that functionality in our future devlopment plans. Unfortunately, today we do not have the capability for you to set any universal controls across multiple Groupsites.
We look forward to the day when we will and we will be certain to let all of our Groupsites Pro Unlimnited clients (like you) knoiw as soon as we do.
