At anytime no or in the future will collective have the ability to have a contact section for names, address, phone number etc.

Dwight - CRM functionality is not on our development roadmap. We have had a number of CRM vendors approach us about possible integration and I am always open to these discussions but, like all good companies, we have to understand what we do best and where we should allow other tools to do what they do best.
Since we are group focused, we spend most of our efforts ensuring that members of the group can communicate, share and network with each other. Our profile pages allow you to capture any relevant data that a CRM would capture (all be it only for Groupsite Members).
I personally am a huge fan of SalesForce.com and think they do a great job in the CRM space.
