URLs in Calendar Fields

A number of the events that I advertise in my calendar are for external groups. Often they have a URL address for registration or further details. Formatting abilities in the calendar field would be good.

HOW does a manager add a URL to the calendar? And if the font sizes need to be reduced in the calendar event (to fit into the particular day), how does a manager reduce the font SIZE?

Can you tell us where you are attempting to add a URL?
A Groupsite Manager/Member (Depending on calendar permissions) can add a URL to a calendar event via the WYSIWYG Editor. The URL will display in the "optional" description area which is available when you click on a link for a calendar event.
Font sizes in a calendar can only be changed in the "optional" description area where the WYSIWYG Editor is available. The font for the calendar event name, time, etc., cannot currently be changed.
