How do I change Manager of a site?

Hi,
I am currently the manager of a groupsite and want to turn it over to my co-worker. Can't figure out how to do that. It would be ideal if we were both managers, but if that can't happen I would like him to manage.
I appreciate the advice.

To change the status of someone to a manager, click on the manager tab at the top and choose the manage members tab. The third column is status. The entries in this column has a drop down list. Change the person's status from member to manager. You can both be listed as managers. I don't know if there is a limit to the number of managers you can have, but we have 5 on our site.
