Change name of Group Blog?

I'd like to change the name of the blog to something other than Group Blog. Does anyone know how to do that?

Judy - The only navigation tabs we allow you to edit are SUMMARY (which we allow 3 choices: (SUMMARY, MAIN or HOME), SUBGROUPS (which you can call whatever you wish) and MORE (which you can also rename at will.

Group Blog is one of our 9 core features (Discussions, Group Blog, Email Blasts, Calendar, File Cabinet, Photo Galleries, Member Profiles, Member Objectives and Key Connections).

If you were able to change "Group Blog" what would you want to change it to?

Shaun

Thanks for the explanation, Shaun!

Either "A Better Way to Work" or "What's New."

Here's what I'm struggling with... I want to use a blog to promote the community (the community is private but we would make the blog public - and searchable by search engines), but the Group Blog doesn't seem to have all the features I'm used to in WordPress. Maybe I can figure out how to do it - we haven't been making full use of the blog yet in any of our groupsites so I might not be aware of some of its capabilities.

I am thinking about using the WordPress blog on our public website (which is separate from CX) to promote the community, and using the Group Blog inside the site as a way to make announcements about what's new.

But I really like the elegance of using the Group Blog and keeping it all in the CX site.

Anyway, the short answer is if I am using the blog to promote the site I want the name of the blog to be "A Better Way to Work." If I am using the blog internally only I would like to call it "What's New."

Tagging on to this discussion, because it would also be very helpful for me to be able to rename Group Blog. We'll be using our Group Blog to collect case studies and best practices, so we'd like to rename it Success Stories or Meta-Leadership in Action. Any chance this renaming functionality is planned in a future upgrade?

Voting for this capability, too, as we only use the blog for one purpose on our site, and it is only used by the managers.

I vote for this as well. And I also would like the option of disabling/hiding Discussion forum or blog in the Subgroup and Main group if I don't use them.
