Quick format control of copy/paste ASCII & HTML content into discussions

One of the key features of my community is around offering insider job opportunities. I get them from all over: by email, online links that someone send me, in ASCII or html format etc. I want to expediently copy and paste opportunities as they come in and transform them into a neatly formatted discussion topic, but I cant. The content always contains almost all of the symbols (+-*:) used in formatting discussions, and when I copy and paste the result is terrible formatting.

I am seeking a feature that will help me get these items into a discussion with no extra steps and preserving/respecting the original basic formatting without changing anything.
