Instant member info via image or name hover-over

Many times I am looking at a post or discussion and I want to remind myself or find out about the member who created the thread or discussion WITHOUT having to be forced to browse, click, scroll and search etc. to get to the info in a member's profile.

Solution: Allow community owners/manager to define and order a set of profile fields that would appear as a hovering box of information when we pass the pointer over the member name or photo thumbnail.
