RSS Feed encoding problem

Hello,
I am useing News Feed module to get RSS Feeds from sites with Bulgarian language. I have no problems with those which use Unnicide (UTF-8) encoding.
But I have problem with Cirilic (Windows-1251) Encoding.
Can you fix this?
