We are asking the champions whether they have a blog, but there's no place to tell others where it is (assuming they want other CollectiveX members to see it.)
Could this be fixed by adding a line in the profile, near where we ask for the Website URL, where people can provide a link or the URL of their blog (if they wish.) This is a great way for us to learn more about what our members are thinking and writing about.

I reckon it is the feed from the blog that is the most important part - Ask if they have a website and if they want to include an rss feed. This way CollectiveX can monitor the writings of many of their managers, members.
