Ability to add multiple website addresses

Simple feature (hopefully). Would be nice to be able to add multiple websites to the profile.

It makes sense. At some point profiles will be getting an overhaul. We eventually want to move in the direction of enabling various profile components to be shared on a group specific basis.
At that time, we will make profiles a lot more flexible.

Sounds good. When the profiles get an overhaul, it might be worth setting up a forum in here to get different people's perceptions of what the profiles should contain. I am guessing that different professions would have different requirements of their profiles (the customized questions are an excellent move in this direction!).

I am loving the new profile options! Being able to create my own questions and multiple choice answers has already really helped my members network better.

I am really looking forward to having our profiles be different for each networking group that we belong to. Right now I have to log out of one and then log into my other one under a different email address. I have to do this because in my 1st group I need to have my company name visible to other members, and in my 2nd group where we find other walking partners that live near us, I need to have my zip code visible so people browsing the members can easily see who lives near them.

With all that being said, when profiles are overhauled in the future, will the option to customize the question that will show the info under the person's name and photo be possible? (So I can ask them for their zip code right there instead of where they work?)

Thanks!
Brooke

ps. Will a spell checker ever be available?!

@Brooke - Yeah... I need a spell checker myself. My spelling has never been my strength :-)

@Gareth - I like your idea regarding setting up a forum to gather feedback on what profiles should contain. I was thinking that we'd offer 3-4 profile layout options. The default option would be based on the group type you selected when creating your group.

Example: We could have a profile layout for 'Informal Groups' that's more social oriented, a profile layout for 'Company Intranets' thats more corporate looking etc.

We are thinking of moving the My Proifile tab out of the group manu bar and into the group header (nect to your name and logout info)... that way you wouldn't feel like your profile is group specific. We would give it a different look and feel from your group and enable you to edit your general profile (global data) and select profile components that you want to display on a group-by-group basis.

A range of profiles would be great. my current groups require individual profiles, but my future groups will probably require research group profiles (e.g., a research group would join, rather than an individual). I am not totally sure about putting the My Profile into the header. I do like the fact it is quite obvious where it currently is, but then again the % stuff on the profile helps draw people's attention to enhancing their profile.

On the topic of spell check (thanks Brooke and Clarence),  Firefox's native in-line spell check currently shows mis-spelled words in CollectiveX text editors, but right-clicking on a mis-spelled word brings up  the text editing commands instead of alternate spelling options. I dont know if there is a way to individually disable that feature, but either way I would love a basic spell check tool.

Thanks!

Bump on Brad's post about firefox and right clicking. drives me batty! i woudn't suggest a spell check tool, but not confilicting with the browser's would be nice...
