Auto subscribe to ALL threads possible?

As the manager of my group I want to be subscribed to EVERY discussion thread that happens. At the moment the only way it seems this can happen is for me to have either replied within a thread, or to go into each thread as it gets started and click the option to subscribe to it
Is there any way to automatically get subscribed to every thread without me having to do anything?
