Possible to change the top navigation?

Is it possible to change the top navigation, and if so, how can this be done? For example, instead of Summary, Communicate, Share, Network, etc., I would like the navigation to be as follows: Home, Member Profiles, Newsroom (a page I added), etc. Please let me know if I need to further clarify my question.

Hi, Heather. Groupsites do not allow you to change the order or the names of the "Communicate", "Share" and "Network" menu tabs. You can, however, create one menu "shortcut." A menu shortcut will allow you to promote one core sub-tab to the top-level navigation bar.
A menu shortcut can be created through the basic Content Customization feature, which can be accessed from MANAGER > GROUP SETTINGS.
The reason for this navigation structure is intentional - as Groupsites are designed to be complete "collaboration communities" -- built to combine flexibillity with structure (similar to Lego(R) blocks) and include features that appeal to 90% or more of groups.
