I would love the ability to filter users by more than just the custom questions. E.g. I would like to be able to just filter all the people that live in New York etc.
I.e. I know I can filter by Group custom Q&A, but what about the ability to filter by the generic Q&A?

I agree. We are working on revamping our member search ability to address exactly this type of need.
