highlighting Member Objectives on the home page

We have got around 1000 members who have joined our group site - http://communities.nasscom.in. Some of the members have been able to network amognst themselves because of the active discussion threads.

One of the greater tools which is available in this platform is the Member Objectives & Key Connections. For some reason we have not been able to highlight them on the home page....is there a way that the key connections and member objectives can also be displayed on the home page.

Also, we would like to have some of the managers owning some of the discussions threads...but as of now..the manager right provide access to the complete site..we should think of having 2-3 levels of managers..?

I also blogged about our 1000th member joining the group...at http://blog.nasscom.in/emerge. We have been a power user of the group site and would like to leverage this powerful tool more.
