How to - Send Email Blasts in a Groupsite


Email Blasts are a Groupsite feature that can be controlled by the Groupsite manager. The manager can set the permissions so that all members can send Email Blasts, or set it so only managers can send Email Blasts.



To send an email blast take the following steps:



1. Select the COMMUNICATE tab



2. Select the Email Blasts subtab



3. Type the subject and message into the

WYSIWYG editor

and hit "Send Email"




Email blasts will only be received by group members whose contact settings are set to receive blasts from all members. Note: Any email blast sent by a group manager will be received by all group members including the option to select pending members.
