User Tip - Walkthroughs & Talkthroughs: Visit the FAQ Library

Simple is good. Our entire team spends a large amount of time trying to keep the design and functionality of Groupsites clean, simple, straightforward and "user-discoverable." What the heck does "user-discoverable" mean? That we hope the average Groupsite user can understand how to do what needs to be done without needing to read a manual, call a help desk or ask their resident 12-year old child or grand-child who has no computer fear.


While we think we have done a pretty good job of this, we can always do better. In fact, we have spent so much time on making the design intuitive that we have not spent enough time documenting answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ's)


In an effort to address this, we have started our FAQ Library with tips on where to find -- and how to use -- the features of your Groupsite. Have a question that we haven't answered? Please let us know. This is a work in progress. And, it's here to help you, so please let us know how we can do a better job.
