How to View and Print Groupsite Invoices

If you are a Groupsite manager, you may view the invoices associated with your account directly from within your Groupsite. This applies to Groupsites that are subscribed to add-on premium services, and those with Groupsite Pro plans up to 300 members.


1 - Log into your Groupsite and go to the MANAGER tab.


2 - Select the UPGRADE GROUPSITE sub-tab.


3 - Click on the "Past Invoices" button, located toward the top right:


Attachment.


A new page will load, displaying a list of your previous invoices.


4 - Click the link (shown as an invoice number) of the bill you want to view.


5 - If you want to print the invoice, click the "Printable Invoice" button located in the top right corner of the invoice you're viewing. Then, print it as you would any other web page (File>Print, if you're using Firefox as your web browser, for example).


Note: If you are a member or manager of multiple Groupsites, you can log-in and easily switch between them (without having to log-in again) using the "Switch Groupsites" button at the top right of every page.


Invoices for Groupsite Pro plans of larger than 300 members, and some Groupsite Pro accounts that receive annual billing, are not visible in this manner. Instead, you can contact your account representative or our support staff (support@groupsite.com), who can provide you with copies of your invoice(s) and/or billing assistance.
