Groupsite emails blacklisted

An invited member was not receiving the invitation to join the groupsite. When we connected with her IT department, they checked the logs and discovered that the groupsite email rated 7.7 on Reputation and was therefore being blocked by a the company's spam filter. Attached is the header. Can someone help get the groupsite emails a lower score so that they will not be blocked?

Hi Deanne,

Thank you for your message.  We will definitely look into this.  I just sent you a message via our support system, ticket #43639.  The screenshot was cut off at the bottom.  Would you mind resending us the screenshot including the bottom half as well and we will investigate?

Hi Julieanne, thanks for the outreach. I have contacted the member to see if they still have the email - and the full header. If not, I may see if I can invite the IT person I am working with to get a fresh - complete - copy of the header.
